I've been on IRC since early January 1996, got my Interenet connection in December 95.
 
I like IRC 'cos it gives me the opportunity to "Talk" to people from all over the world and make new friends from different cultures and in all ages:)
 
Best thing with chatzone is maybe that it has a more"relaxed" touch than the old Friendly, not that i didnt like friendly too
 
My family? I (currently) live alone , i have my father and two older sisters, my mom died in a car crash a long time ago.
 
I work as a metalworker, manufacturing stuff for ventilation,mostly for industrial buildings but also some marine stuff. I've been in the same job for over 16 years now.
 
My hobbies are IRC (of course) and computers , computer games, Watching sport (I'm a hockey fanatic) and sometimes bowling, movies and reading (mostly science-fiction or horror stories), goin out and have a beer now and then... and travelling
 
I live in a small town called Södertälje, just some 25 miles southwest of the capital city of Sweden , Stockholm
 
IRC also got me an urge for traveling, I want to try to see some of my online friends for real. So far I've met 7 of the people I chat with and despite what some people told
me, all but one of them was exactly like I expected or even better :)
