I say to you

By Robert O. Sanford

JESUS CHRIST SAID; "BUT I SAY UNTO YOU."

(Heb 1:2-3 KJV) "Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; {3} Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;" (Heb 2:2-3 KJV) "For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense of reward; {3} How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;" (Heb 3:6-8 KJV) "But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end. {7} Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice, {8} Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:"

In the Last Testament that Jesus Christ Made with Israel, all mankind who want to return to His House, He is building for the Salvation of His People, called the House of Israel, the Spirit of Christ is saying come. He that hears the voice of Christ, speaking from the pages of His Last Testament may obey and come Home to their Father's House. "Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice,) Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:"

"To day if ye will hear his voice."

(Mat 5:21-22 KJV) Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: 22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire."

Under the Old law you had to murder a person to lose salvation. Under the Law of the SPIRIT OF Christ if you are angry at a person without just cause or call a person worthless you are in danger of the judgement by the WORD. All you have to do to be in danger of Hell Fire is to call a person a FOOL. This go on all the time among people who call themselves Christians that use the Ten Commandments or the Saved by Grace teaching without living by the Spirit of Christ.

(Mat 5:27-28 KJV) Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: 28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

Under the Old Law one had to do the physical act of committing adultery in order to commit sin. To sin under the law covenant meant death by the Nation of Israel. This kind of faith is known as living by the letter of the Law. The law forbid God's people from living to satisfy the lusts of the flesh. Jesus taught that we must live by the Spirit of the Word of God in order to have the salvation that comes through the Spirit of Christ living in us. If one thinks in his heart to do what is against the will of God , they have broken the Law of the Spirit of Christ. Christ is not the Spirit living in them by these thoughts, but the Spirit of Satan. To have sex magazines or videos in your possession to satisfy the flesh desires is against the Spirit of Christ and make you antichrist. The Old Testament was with a physical Kingdom of men. The New Testament is a contract with man to live their lives in the Spiritual Kingdom of God. In this contract we lives, in and through, Christ by doing the Will of God as found in the teachings of the Kingdom of God as giving to us by Christ of God, Himself. Christ is the only true Son of God from His Kingdom. We see how we live the life of Christ, in Roman 8: 1-16.

(Rom 8:1-11 NASB) There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death. 3 For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, 4 in order that the requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. 5 For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. 6 For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace, 7 because the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is not even able to do so; 8 and those who are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him. 10 And if Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who indwells you.

As we can see from Romans that salvation comes only through the Spirit of Christ being alive in the believer because of righteousness. The righteousness of God comes into our lives only when we live our lives in agreement with the Spirit of the Father's WORDS that Jesus gave to us. When we have the same mind set that was in Jesus Christ, by doing what He said to do, we have the same salvation He had. "He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who indwells you."

THE GENTILE RELIGIONS.

The religion of all the Gentile nations is SELF WORSHIP and SELF gratification. The Gentile religion, is a religion that put their trust in worldly wealth and power to fill their life and to make themselves of value. They depend on self to make of themselves something above others. THE FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness TO RESTORE THE LIFE OF CHRIST WE WERE CREATED IN AND TO PROVIDE all things needed in this life AND THE LIFE TO COME Most Gentiles who accept Jesus Christ as their new way of life are double minded and cannot make up their mind as to which one of the two Natures [Good or EVIL] they are going to serve to provide the thing they need. Jesus said in Mat. 6: 24, that no one that follows God can serve two masters. We were all Gentiles before we came to Christ and we must stop our self worship to provide our worth. All of our worth can only be found in Him who created us for His Good purpose in Christ.

ONLY IN CHRIST ALL ARE THINGS OURS FROM THE KINGDOM OF GOD.

(John 15:4-11 NASB) "Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you, unless you abide in Me. 5 "I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me, and I in him, he bears much fruit; for apart from Me you can do nothing. 6 "If anyone does not abide in Me, he is thrown away as a branch, and dries up; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. 7 "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it shall be done for you. 8 "By this is My Father glorified, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples. 9 "Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love. 10 "If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father's commandments, and abide in His love. 11 "These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full.

In this teaching Jesus compares the life of man to a branch of a tree or vine. We know that in this life a branch of a tree cannot live by its self if it is cut off from the source that gives the branch life. If a branch is cut off from one tree and grafted into another tree, it will live or die by the nature of that tree. When man sins. he is cut off of the Tree of Life and grafted into a worldly tree. When a man does the Will of God and keeps His Holy Commandments, he is cut off from the tree of sin and death, and grafted back into the Tree of Life. Man was a branch of the Tree of Life [Christ]. Jesus created man in His own Image and breathed into him His life giving force [Christ]. The Kingdom of God is the source of Jesus Christ and His Divine Nature. Jesus is the only tree of life [SON} in the Kingdom of God. If we are to receive eternal life from the TREE OF LIFE, we must grafted ourselves back into Christ by living the Life of Christ and stay grafted in. We do this by seeking the Kingdom of God by follow Jesus and His teachings and become a partaker of His eternal life that is found only in the Kingdom of God. Christ IS the ETERNAL live force that lives in Jesus Christ, and He gives all men eternal life in the Kingdom of God. This is why we are told to seek the Kingdom and His Righteousness.

The question is how do we get this Christ [life giving force] to live in us? What in the Bible contains this life, and how do we feed our new spiritual man this food? The answer comes from Jesus Himself. In this life we eat the food that comes from the earth to feed the physical body. The fruit of the earth contain the life given substance we need to give life to our body. If we want to live and grow in the life of Christ, we must feed the Spirit of Christ in us, with the life that comes from the Tree of Life. This food is found in what the Bible calls the bread of life. Jesus said that the bread of life was every Word that the Father gave us to live by in the Kingdom of God. The life of Jesus is our example of how we are to live and feed our Spiritual life in Christ. The most outstanding teaching of Jesus in HIS WORD, is that we must keep his commandments. Jesus said "(Mat 4:4 KJV) But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

abiding in gods love by keeping his commandments.

John 15:9-10 KJV) As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. 10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shell be done unto you." Mat 6:33 KJV) But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

OLD TESTAMENT

(Gen 26:4-5 KJV) And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; 5 Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.

All the blessings came upon Abraham and he is called the father of the faithful because, He keep the Commandments of GOD. All the blessings that came upon Israel came because they keep the Commandments. When they rejected the keeping of God's commandments they were cursed.

(Exo 15:26 KJV) And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.

NEW TESTAMENT.

(Mark 12:28-34 KJV) And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all? 29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: 30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. 31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these. 32 And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he: 33 And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices. 34 And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far from the kingdom of God. And no man after that durst ask him any question.

(2 Pet 2:20-22 KJV) For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. 21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. 22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

(2 John 1:6-11 KJV) And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it. 7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. 8 Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward. 9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. 10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: 11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

(Rev 14:12 KJV) Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

(Rev 22:12-15 KJV) And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

(1 John 1:1-3 KJV) That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; 2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and show unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) 3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

(John 14:6-7 KJV) "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. 7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

He is saying to His follows that we cannot produce fruit from the TREE containing God's LIFE unless we are a branch attached to HIS TREE OF LIFE. In God's garden, Adam cut himself from the tree of life and grafted himself into the tree of death be sinning against the Righteousness in God's Life. (1 Cor 3:17 KJV) "If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are."

(Isa 11:1-5 KJV) "And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: 2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD; 3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears: 4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. 5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins."

BECOMING A CITIZEN IN GOD'S KINGDOM.

There is only way for us who are of the Gentile Nations to receive our provisions from the Kingdom of God. The WAY is for us to be come citizens of Spiritual Israel. In order to become citizens of any kingdom we must prove ourselves worthy of such honour by keeping the laws of the kingdom. By obeying the King and doing His WILL can we prove our selves qualified. (Rom 11:5-7 KJV) "Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace. {6} And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. {7} What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; BUT THE ELECTION HATH OBTAINED IT, and the rest were blinded"

Remember the Kingdom of God is a RIGHTEOUS KINGDOM and all ITS citizens MUST BE RIGHTEOUS. There are no people there that do not practice RIGHTEOUSNESS. Jesus, God's own Son had to prove Himself faithful in serving only the KINGDOM OF GOD before He was anointed King of King in His Fathers Kingdom. We also have to prove ourselves faithful to the Kingdom of God and to Jesus Christ before He will anoint us Kings to serve in His Kingdom.

(Eph 2:14-22 NASB) "For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one, and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall, 15 by abolishing in His flesh the enmity, which is the Law of commandments contained in ordinances, that in Himself He might make the two into one new man, thus establishing peace, 16 and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the enmity. 17 AND HE CAME AND PREACHED PEACE TO YOU WHO WERE FAR AWAY, AND PEACE TO THOSE WHO WERE NEAR; 18 for through Him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father. 19 So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God's household, 20 having been built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone, 21 in whom the whole building, being fitted together is growing into a holy temple in the Lord; 22 in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit."

THE MYSTERY OF CHRIST IN US

(Eph 1:3-9 NASB) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, 4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him In love. 5 He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved. 7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace, 8 which He lavished upon us. In all wisdom and insight 9 He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him."

We can see from the teachings of Jesus and His Apostles, that all things are ours, only when we are in CHRIST. The Spiritual blessings are not ours just because we believe in Jesus. If we are not walking in His RIGHTEOUSNESS so that His ANOINTING is upon us, we are not in His CHRIST [Anointing]. Jesus did not become God's Anointed [CHRIST] until He had proven to be RIGHTEOUS by living the righteousness of every Commandment that He had given to His People, the Nation of Israel. We in the New Testament age have been given the total revelation of the RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD'S KINGDOM in the life lived by the only SON OF GOD from heaven, JESUS the Christ.

JESUS FULFILS THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF THE LAW.

Christ Said; (Mat 5:17-20 NASB) "Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish, but to fulfill. 18 "For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass away from the Law, until all is accomplished. 19 "Whoever then annuls one of the least of these commandments, and so teaches others, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 "For I say to you, that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you shall not enter the kingdom of heaven.

(Mat 3:15 KJV) "And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him."

(Acts 13:10 KJV) "And said, O full of all subtlety and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?"

We see from the scriptures that the people who keep and teach the righteousness {laws] of God will be called GREAT in the KINGDOM OF HEAVEN. We also find that we must keep the righteousness of the laws better than the scribes and Pharisees. The Pharisees were strict in keeping every word of the law. The Pharisees and the Jews to day are still trying to be saved by keeping the letter of the law. When we read the word, we find that all the followers of Jesus were zealous after the LAW. The Pharisees who keep the letter of the law and left the weightier part of the law UNDONE, are the ones our righteousness must be greater then. The followers of Jesus were zealous in following His teaching and the teachings of the Apostles. (Luke 4:4 KJV) "And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God." One can not live the Words of God without doing them. (Rom 2:13-14 KJV) "(For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified. {14} For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:"

 THE LETTER OF THE LAW.

(Mat 23:23-25 NASB) "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you tithe mint and dill and cummin, and have neglected the weightier provisions of the law: justice and mercy and faithfulness; but these are the things you should have done without neglecting the others. 24 "You blind guides, who strain out a gnat and swallow a camel! 25 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you clean the outside of the cup and of the dish, but inside they are full of robbery and self-indulgence."

THE PHARISEES WERE BABYLONIANS IN SOME OF THEIR BELIEVES AND WORSHIP.

(James 4:1-4 KJV) "From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? 2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. 3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. 4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God."

THE JEWS WERE LIVING LIKE THE GENTILES.

(Isa 58:1-8 KJV) "Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and show my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins. 2 Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their God: they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in approaching to God. 3 Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and thou seest not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge? Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours. 4 Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high. 5 Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the LORD? 6 Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke? 7 Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh? 8 Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward."

(John 1:17 NASB) "For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ."

(James 3:15-18 KJV) "This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. 16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. 17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. 18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

1 Cor 13:1-3 NASB) If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but do not have love, I have become a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 And if I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 And if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I deliver my body to be burned, but do not have love, it profits me nothing."

(Eph 3:1-11 NASB) "For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles-- 2 if indeed you have heard of the stewardship of God's grace which was given to me for you; 3 that by revelation there was made known to me the mystery, as I wrote before in brief. 4 And by referring to this, when you read you can understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, 5 which in other generations was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit; 6 to be specific, that the Gentiles are fellow heirs and fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel, 7 of which I was made a minister, according to the gift of God's grace which was given to me according to the working of His power. 8 To me, the very least of all saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ, 9 and to bring to light what is the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden in God, who created all things; 10 in order that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places. 11 This was in accordance with the eternal purpose which He carried out in Christ Jesus our Lord,"

ISRAEL LIVING IN THE FLESH.

The physical Nation of Israel, by their nature are LAW KEEPERS. They had the laws given to them by GOD. This is the thing that separated them from all the rest of the Nations on earth. They were God's chosen people through Abraham. Abraham was from a Gentile Nation when God selected him as the man of faith to show His love and mercy through. The reason He selected Abraham was that He keep the Commandments of GOD before they were written down and given to man. Abraham was blessed by God because the nature he lived by was like that of Gods. Abraham by faith know that the world was made by a higher form of life called God. He recognised the personality and nature of this person by the way He treated all mankind equality and without respect of persons. He supplied all their needs without taken credit for them or making Himself known to them. This nature is still found in people who do not know Him by name but by His Nature.

(Rom 2:14-15 NASB) "For when Gentiles who do not have the Law do instinctively the things of the Law, these, not having the Law, are a law to themselves, 15 in that they show the work of the Law written in their hearts, their conscience bearing witness, and their thoughts alternately accusing or else defending them." This is what Jesus is trying to do for all people who are seeking after His RIGHTEOUSNESS by walking in His Spirit. (Mat 6:10 NASB) 'Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, On earth as it is in heaven."

All men are without excuse to know that there is a God by His Divine attributes. God has a Divine nature and everything He does is restricted to that nature. God is altogether RIGHTEOUS and He cannot SIN. He is a Spiritual being and lives in a realm that cannot be seen by our physical eyes. His Angels are all around u

taking care of His earth and His people. We know by the nature that all things have to have a creator. All life has one source for each kind. God is the source of Adam and Eve. Eve [woman] is the source of all men. They do not cross over because there is a law that defines what can and can not be done. All these laws are called the laws of nature. There are laws for each of the Kingdoms on earth. Mankind have a set of laws that govern what he is like and the kind of actives he can do within his environment.

GOD REVEALS HIMSELF TO ALL MANKIND.

(Rom 1:18-23 NASB) "For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, 19 because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. 20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. 21 For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God, or give thanks; but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing to be wise, they became fools, 23 and exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed animals and crawling creatures.

When we as man do not attend to the ways of the Lord Jesus Christ, we find that we to are in the form of a corruptible man. If we do not recognise the Holiness and Righteousness of God, we do not recognise the only sources of eternal life. God is the only person who dwells in the complete LIGHT.

WE MUST FOLLOW JESUS BY CHOOSING GOOD.

(Isa 7:14-15 KJV) "Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. {15} Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good"

(Mat 6:10 KJV) "Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven."

Jesus Christ came to earth as a man to show all men the will of the Kingdom of God. His way of life is the pattern for all men to follow if they choose to enter into His eternal life that is found only in the KINGDOM OF JESUS CHRIST. We must choose GOOD and practice RIGHTEOUSNESS if we are in His Kingdom. (Ezek 33:11 KJV) "Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die,"

EATING FROM THE TREE OF LIFE.

(Gen 2:8-9 NASB) "And the LORD God planted a garden toward the east, in Eden; and there He placed the man whom He had formed. {9} And out of the ground the LORD God caused to grow every tree that is pleasing to the sight and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil."

THE LIFE OF CHRIST IS THE TREE OF LIFE.

(John 6:51-58 KJV) "I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. {52} The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat? {53} Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. {54} Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. {55} For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. {56} He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him. {57} As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. {58} This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever."

We must choose once again to eat only of the TREE OF LIFE that is in the midst of the Kingdom of God. to make the nature of our tree good we cannot continue to eat of the tree of the knowledge of EVIL. We must choose to eat only from the WORD of God. (John 4:34 KJV) "Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work." (Mat 4:4 KJV) "But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God."

We must prove to be a Faithful servant of Christ by living by the Faith of Jesus Christ. (Rev 14:12 KJV) Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

(Rev 17:14 KJV) "These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful."

(Mat 10:22 KJV) "And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

THE SERVANT MUST BE FAITHFUL.

(Luke 16:8-13 KJV) "And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light. {9} And I say unto you, Make to yourselves friends of the mammon of unrighteousness; that, when ye fail, they may receive you into everlasting habitations. {10} He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. {11} If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? {12} And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man's, who shall give you that which is your own? {13} No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon."

This whole scripture is talking about a servant that is to be faithful to his Master. The scripture points out that there two kinds of servants. There is the GOOD servant that only serves the Master and not himself. There is the others servant that serves only himself and his friends from the masters wealth.

GOD ONLY IS GOOD.

(Mat 19:17 KJV) "And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments." If we are to be Holy, Righteous and Perfect in LOVE as He is, we must produce the GOOD works of our Father in Heaven. If we produce EVIL works, we are children of the DEVIL. (John 8:44 NASB) "You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father." If we do not want to do Good by SEEKING after His Kingdom and His RIGHTEOUSNESS, we will never obtain unto eternal life.

(Eph 1:4-5 NASB) "He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him In love {5} He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will,"

THE TWO NATURES SPEAK OUT OF ONE MOUTH.

(James 3:8-15 KJV) "But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. {9} Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God. {10} Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be. {11} Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter? {12} Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh. {13} Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him show out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom. {14} But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. {15} This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.

The WORD OF GOD refer to people who are double minded as being Sons of the Devil. To be a Christian, we must be single minded as Jesus was and lives our lives in Christ only. We must put our trust in the Kingdom of God and look to the Righteousness of Christ in us, to deliver us, according to His WILL. 0 (Mat 4:4 NASB) "It is written, 'MAN SHALL NOT LIVE ON BREAD ALONE, BUT ON EVERY WORD THAT PROCEEDS OUT OF THE MOUTH OF GOD." (Mat 1:1 KJV) "The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham."

(Mat 4:10 NASB) "Then Jesus said to him, "Begone, Satan! For it is written, 'YOU SHALL WORSHIP THE LORD YOUR GOD, AND SERVE HIM ONLY." Mat 22:37-39 NASB) "And He said to him, "'YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.' {38} "This is the great and foremost commandment. {39} "The second is like it, 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF."

CHOOSE WHO YOU WILL SERVE, CHRIST OR BAAL.

SABBATH OR SUNDAY, WHICH?

(Isa 31:1-3 NASB) "Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help, And rely on horses, And trust in chariots because they are many, And in horsemen because they are very strong, But they do not look to the Holy One of Israel, nor seek the LORD! {2} Yet He also is wise and will bring disaster, And does not retract His words, But will arise against the house of evildoers, And against the help of the workers of iniquity. {3} Now the Egyptians are men, and not God, And their horses are flesh and not spirit; So the LORD will stretch out His hand, And he who helps will stumble And he who is helped will fall, And all of them will come to an end together."

We can see that in Israel when they did not trust in the Righteousness of God in them, as their source of Power from God, God fought against them. Men are not gods and horses are not spirit. Jesus Christ is God and His Holy Angels are powerful Spirits that minister the Will of God for the Saints. (Heb 1:8-9 KJV) "But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. {9} Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows."

(Judg 2:10-14 NASB) "And all that generation also were gathered to their fathers; and there arose another generation after them who did not know the LORD, nor yet the work which He had done for Israel. {11} Then the sons of Israel did evil in the sight of the LORD, and served the Baals, {12} and they forsook the LORD, the God of their fathers, who had brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods from among the gods of the peoples who were around them, and bowed themselves down to them; thus they provoked the LORD to anger. {13} So they forsook the LORD and served Baal and the Ashtaroth. {14} And the anger of the LORD burned against Israel, and He gave them into the hands of plunderers who plundered them; and He sold them into the hands of their enemies around them, so that they could no longer stand before their enemies."

The new generations of Israelites that had not seen the works that God had done to bring them into the promised land. They did not take long to depart from Him after Gideon, God's Faithful servant died. At the same time they clamed to be followers of God and the people of Abraham. They still did this even after they had turn back to the ways of the Gentiles and follow after the gods of Baal and the Ashtaroth (Easter). They broke their Covenant with God to keep His RIGHTEOUS LAWS by worshipping the Pagan's gods, and keeping the Pagan's holiday that honour the Sun God, Baal. He removed His people from His blessing He had given them in Canaan land. He removed Adam and Eve from the Garden for not obeying His Commandments. Satan was also removed from Heaven because he broke the Righteous Standard that God had set to live in His Kingdom.

(Judg 8:33-34 NASB) "Then it came about, as soon as Gideon was dead, that the sons of Israel again played the harlot with the Baals, and made Baal-berith their god. {34} Thus the sons of Israel did not remember the LORD their God, who had delivered them from the hands of all their enemies on every side;"

CARNAL WEALTH IS THE GOD OF THE GENTILES.

The greatest sin in the Church today is that the people who claim to follow Jesus Christ and have His Holy Bible to guide them still follow after the gods of the Gentiles. They still want to be someone important in this worldly system. They want to Glorify themselves by living in the BIG HOUSES and drive the BIG CARS so that other people will look up to them. They want to be the ones on top, so others will have to serve them. They gather large sums of money for themselves because they trust wealth and not their RIGHTEOUSNESS WITH GOD to provide their needs. [Mat 6:] They want above all else to be successful in this life and store up large fortunes so that the WORLD will look at their life and think they were successful. This is the way of the Gentile gods. They want to have their kingdom apart from God's Kingdom. (James 5:1-3 NASB) "Come now, you rich, weep and howl for your miseries which are coming upon you. {2} Your riches have rotted and your garments have become moth-eaten. {3} Your gold and your silver have rusted; and their rust will be a witness against you and will consume your flesh like fire. It is in the last days that you have stored up your treasure!"

THE KINGDOM OF BABYLON.

This type of worship is called BAAL and ASHTAROTH WORSHIP . Baal means MASTER and Ashtaroth means to accumulate wealth. These are the two HARLOTS and their works are the ABOMINATIONS of BABYLON. (Rev 17:5 NASB) and upon her forehead a name was written, a mystery, "BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH."

(Rev 18:1-9 NASB) After these things I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illumined with his glory. {2} And he cried out with a mighty voice, saying, "Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! And she has become a dwelling place of demons and a prison of every unclean spirit, and a prison of every unclean and hateful bird. {3} "For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the passion of her immorality, and the kings of the earth have committed acts of immorality with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich by the wealth of her sensuality." {4} And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, "Come out of her, my people, that you may not participate in her sins and that you may not receive of her plagues; {5} for her sins have piled up as high as heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities. {6} "Pay her back even as she has paid, and give back to her double according to her deeds; in the cup which she has mixed, mix twice as much for her. {7} "To the degree that she glorified herself and lived sensuously, to the same degree give her torment and mourning; for she says in her heart, 'I SIT as A QUEEN AND I AM NOT A WIDOW, and will never see mourning.' {8} "For this reason in one day her plagues will come, pestilence and mourning and famine, and she will be burned up with fire; for the Lord God who judges her is strong. {9} "And the kings of the earth, who committed acts of immorality and lived sensuously with her, will weep and lament over her when they see the smoke of her burning,

THE TEMPTATION OF BABYLON

BABYLON THE GREAT is the Kingdom that Satan offered to Jesus in the wilderness. In this life on earth, POWER AND WEALTH is the most powerful temptation that we face. Mankind wants pleasure and security because we live in a human body. We are individuals and are subject to the control of other people and the nature of the elements of earth. Death is on every side of us and the fear of death drives us to seek after the things that give and sustain life. To accumulate to ourselves earthly things that provide life here on earth is a counterfeit form of our security that we have in Christ from the Kingdom of God.

CHRIST WILL PROVIDE FROM HIS KINGDOM.

God has provided security for the human race in the Kingdom of GOD through putting on the RIGHTEOUSNESS of CHRIST. (Mat 6:25 NASB) "For this reason I say to you, do not be anxious for your life, as to what you shall eat, or what you shall drink; nor for your body, as to what you shall put on. Is not life more than food, and the body than clothing? (Luke 12:27-32 NASB) "Consider the lilies, how they grow; they neither toil nor spin; but I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory did not clothe himself like one of these. {28} "But if God so arrays the grass in the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, how much more will He clothe you, O men of little faith! {29} "And do not seek what you shall eat, and what you shall drink, and do not keep worrying. {30} "For all these things the nations of the world eagerly seek; but your Father knows that you need these things. {31} "But seek for His kingdom, and these things shall be added to you. {32} "Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has chosen gladly to give you the kingdom.

THE TESTING OF THE MAN JESUS.

(Mat 4:1-10 NASB) Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. {2} And after He had fasted forty days and forty nights, He then became hungry. {3} And the tempter came and said to Him, "If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread." {4} But He answered and said, "It is written, 'MAN SHALL NOT LIVE ON BREAD ALONE, BUT ON EVERY WORD THAT PROCEEDS OUT OF THE MOUTH OF GOD.'" {5} Then the devil took Him into the holy city; and he had Him stand on the pinnacle of the temple, {6} and said to Him, "If You are the Son of God throw Yourself down; for it is written, 'HE WILL GIVE HIS ANGELS CHARGE CONCERNING YOU'; and 'ON their HANDS THEY WILL BEAR YOU UP, LEST YOU STRIKE YOUR FOOT AGAINST A STONE.'" {7} Jesus said to him, "On the other hand, it is written, 'YOU SHALL NOT PUT THE LORD YOUR GOD TO THE TEST.'" {8} Again, the devil took Him to a very high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world, and their glory; {9} and he said to Him, "All these things will I give You, if You fall down and worship me." {10} Then Jesus said to him, "Begone, Satan! For it is written, 'YOU SHALL WORSHIP THE LORD YOUR GOD, AND SERVE HIM ONLY.'"

THE TEST of the rest of MANKIND.

The last temptation of Satan on Jesus was the one we are most subject to. As carnal man we want power and wealth so the we will have the GLORY that comes with being kings over others. The human race was born of this spirit when they gave into Satan's temptation in the Garden of Eden. Satan wanted all the Angels and Mankind to be like Himself. He made converts of the human race through Adam by converting them to the same carnal nature He had. (James 1:15 NASB) "Then when lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and when sin is accomplished, it brings forth death." This was the Devil [ nature of evil ] that tempted Satan and the Angels that followed him in their rebellion against God. This is part of our nature we are born with. This is why we must be born again of God to receive the pure nature of God's Holy Spirit. [John 3:6-7] When we are born of God's nature [Christ[ we then have the power to put to death the old man of sin. [Rom 6: 6-12]

THE FALL OF SATAN AND THE ANGELS

We see this Spirit speaking through Satan in (Isa 14:13-15 NASB). "But you said in your heart, 'I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God, And I will sit on the mount of assembly In the recesses of the north. {14} 'I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.' {15} "Nevertheless you will be thrust down to Sheol, To the recesses of the pit."

Satan was allowed to go his own way, but Christ put him out of the Kingdom of Heaven . He was placed in the EARTH where he used his spiritual powers to provide for himself a KINGDOM over all mankind. He was no longer at REST in the Spirit of Christ. Satan did accomplish some of the things he set out to do in Heaven and on earth. Satan did place himself above one third of the Angels. He did become the god that most all mankind unknowing worship. He became like God in that he has a physical kingdom on earth. The one thing that Satan and all his followers do not have is eternal life in the Kingdom of GOD. Satan and all who chose to follow him have an appointment in Sheol on the judgment DAY.

THE CARNAL NATURE IN MAN

This is the same spirit that drives men to set up kingdom for themselves. This kingdom of self can be over a single person such as a wife or over an entire Nation. There are no Religious Kingdom on earth that are set up by the CARNAL spirits in man. The carnal spirits controls others for their own wealth, power, and GLORY. We see this in the many forms of the BABYLON churches. We find that the people of Jesus Christ have not put off all the form of BABYLON in their worship of GOD. They still want to set up men to rule over them. (Judg 8:22-23 KJV) "Then the men of Israel said unto Gideon, Rule thou over us, both thou, and thy son, and thy son's son also: for thou hast delivered us from the hand of Midian. {23} And Gideon said unto them, I will not rule over you, neither shall my son rule over you: the LORD shall rule over you."

Leaders in the Churches teachings that God helps His people accumulate wealth and power to satisfy their own lusts. They teach that God gives His people great HONOR and Glory as a football player or as a great business leaders for all to admire. All worldly honor and glory belongs to the world. (Isa 64:6 KJV) But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away." God created all men to give CHRIST [the righteousness of God] all HONOR, GLORY AND TO SUBMIT TO HIS POWER. To glorify self and exercise power over to get what we want in this life is the work of the Devil.

If we are in Christ we know that all Honour, GLORY AND POWER belongs to Christ. All things that come from the Kingdom of God, comes because we are living our lives in the Spirit of Christ. God supplies wealth to His servants to look after the affairs of His Kingdom. The work of the Kingdom is to preach the gospel and take care of His creation. We are to look to the needs of our brothers and sisters by loving them as ourselves. [Mark 16:15-20] [Isa 58: 6-20] If we are not in Christ we can do nothing that will Honour God. (John 15:5 KJV) I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

(John 5:30 KJV) I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.

WE MUST COME OUT OF BABYLON

(Rev 18:3-4 NASB) "For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the passion of her immorality, and the kings of the earth have committed acts of immorality with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich by the wealth of her sensuality." {4} And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, "Come out of her, my people, that you may not participate in her sins and that you may not receive of her plagues;

(Mat 6:19-24 NASB) "Do not lay up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. {20} "But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal; {21} for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. {22} "The lamp of the body is the eye; if therefore your eye is clear, your whole body will be full of light. {23} "But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is the darkness! {24} "No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will hold to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.

"Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also." What you treasure in your heart is the strongest motivation force in human life. If we count the Kingdom of God as being of little value we will never seek after it. Keeping people in the DARK about there being two KINGDOMS that men can choose to live in is the work of Satan. Satan does not want people to learn the truth from God's word about either kingdom. The followers of Christ know that every one who are in the Kingdom of Babylon will be destroyed when Jesus Christ comes back the second time. They also know that all the Saints who are found to be in the KINGDOM OF CHRIST will receive eternal life at His appearing. What Satan has accomplished by keeping the Church in the DARK about the Kingdoms is to make Christians think the are following Christ when they are doing the works of the Devil.

Verse 22 above says that if your eye is single to seek only the KINGDOM of God, then your "whole body shell be full of light." But if your eye is evil, you will seek to get our living from the kingdom of this world. You will seek to have your physical needs meant in this life by your own power to compete with everyone else. Jesus said that if we would enter the Kingdom of God through having His RIGHTEOUSNESS, then His Father would supply all our needs.

(Mat 6:26-34 KJV) Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? {27} Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? {28} And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: {29} And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. {30} Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? {31} Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? {32} (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. {33} But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. {34} Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Most of the people in the churches today can not see the truth about both Kingdoms. They love the ways of the world and the life it offers. The only gospel that Jesus preached was the way to enter in to the Kingdom of God. He gave His life on the cross to set us free from Kingdom of Darkness. Through His death for our sins and by giving of His Holy Spirit, we now have the power to over come Satan and escape His Kingdom of sin here on earth.

(Heb 2:12-13 NASB) saying, "I WILL PROCLAIM THY NAME TO MY BRETHREN, IN THE MIDST OF THE CONGREGATION I WILL SING THY PRAISE." {13} And again, "I WILL PUT MY TRUST IN HIM." And again, "BEHOLD, I AND THE CHILDREN WHOM GOD HAS GIVEN ME." All the people of God are of the same faith as Jesus. Jesus said "I will put my trust in Him". He also said that all the Children that the Father had given Him would put their trust in the Father as He had.

THE RELIGION OF THE GENTILES

We can see from the above scripture that God wants His people to have HEARTS FOR THE KINGDOM OF god. If the force [nature] that is within us motivates our desires for the things of this worlds kingdom , we will seek after them by following the religions of the Gentiles that live around us. We will be like them and worship their gods of BAAL and ASHTAROTH.

(Judg 2:11-13 NASB) Then the sons of Israel did evil in the sight of the LORD, and served the Baals, {12} and they forsook the LORD, the God of their fathers, who had brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods from among the gods of the peoples who were around them, and bowed themselves down to them; thus they provoked the LORD to anger. {13} So they forsook the LORD and served Baal and the Ashtaroth.

The worship of the people around them was to have Kings to oversee the kingdom and provide protection from their enemies. In exchange for their protection, they would worship them by submitting to their pleasures. Their worship was to lay up earthly treasures for their own security and pleasure on this earth. This state of mind is called a carnal mind. It is carnal because our desire is for a physical KING and physical MAMMON. This is perhaps the single most powerful lust in the spirit of man. Every carnal minded person wants to be on top [king] and rule over those under them.

(Mat 4:8-10 NASB) Again, the devil took Him to a very high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world, and their glory; {9} and he said to Him, "All these things will I give You, if You fall down and worship me." {10} Then Jesus said to him, "Begone, Satan! For it is written, 'YOU SHALL WORSHIP THE LORD YOUR GOD, AND SERVE HIM ONLY.'"

(Mat 20:25-28 NASB) But Jesus called them to Himself, and said, "You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great men exercise authority over them. {26} "It is not so among you, but whoever wishes to become great among you shall be your servant, {27} and whoever wishes to be first among you shall be your slave; {28} just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many."

 TREASURES IN HEAVEN

If however we have a HEART after GOD and seek His Kingdom and a Spiritual life in Christ, by living in His Righteousness, we are said to being laying up treasures in Heaven. When we live the life of Christ, we draw from the treasures of Heaven and share them with the world. The greatest treasure being the salvation that is found in Jesus Christ and Him only. To be like Him in His Righteousness and found in His Kingdom is the greatest treasure in the universe. If we have the Kingdom of God in our hearts and His Kingdom only , all things that proceed from our hearts will be out of HIS TREASURE.

(Rom 8:5-9 KJV) For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. {6} For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. {7} Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. {8} So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. {9} But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

WE MUST MAKE OUR TREE GOOD.

(Mat 12:32-36 NASB) "And whoever shall speak a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him; but whoever shall speak against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, either in this age, or in the age to come. {33} "Either make the tree good, and its fruit good; or make the tree bad, and its fruit bad; for the tree is known by its fruit. {34} "You brood of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak what is good? For the mouth speaks out of that which fills the heart. {35} "The good man out of his good treasure brings forth what is good; and the evil man out of his evil treasure brings forth what is evil. {36} "And I say to you, that every careless word that men shall speak, they shall render account for it in the day of judgment.

We have a commandment from Jesus to choose which Nature we are going to let our Tree produce fruit from. We can only produce the good fruit from within our life if we ask for the Holy Spirit to come and make His abode in us. He can only come in if we choose to live in the Spirit of His Righteous life. When we live in His Righteous Spirit , His Spirit has came and made Its abode in us. If we speak only from His Holy Spirit we will not speak evil of the works [fruit] that it produces in us or other people. The only way we can stop our carnal nature [tree] from producing evil fruit is to put it to death. If we who are following Christ do not crucify the old nature we will continue to produce both good and bad fruit in our lives. We can not continue to serve two masters [natures]. Christ will not stay in an evil house and He will judge us evil "in the judgment day."

1 John 3:6-9 NASB) No one who abides in Him sins; no one who sins has seen Him or knows Him. {7} Little children, let no one deceive you; the one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous; {8} the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning. The Son of God appeared for this purpose, that He might destroy the works of the devil. {9} No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

 THE PRUNING OF OUR TREE.

(John 15:1-8 NASB) "I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. {2} "Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it, that it may bear more fruit. {3} "You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. {4} "Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you, unless you abide in Me. {5} "I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me, and I in him, he bears much fruit; for apart from Me you can do nothing. {6} "If anyone does not abide in Me, he is thrown away as a branch, and dries up; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. {7} "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it shall be done for you. {8} "By this is My Father glorified, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples.

If we do not have the Nature of a GOOD TREE dwelling in us we should not call ourselves Christians. We are only Christ's Sons when we are grafted into the GOOD tree and producing the fruits of Christ's righteousness. Mankind is the only creation of God that has been given the ability to chose the TREE [Nature] that he wants to be. God gives us this choice so that we could chose Him and then prove to Him that we loved Him enough to be faithful for eternity. We must choice to live our lives in the TRUE VINE that produces eternal life. The Kingdom of God and His Son Jesus Christ as He is our only source of eternal life and Son ship with God in Heaven.

OUR REST IN THE KINGDOM.

The people in the Old Testament were promised the Land of Cannon [REST] if they live by the righteous laws [Nature] of God. They refused to walk by the Faith of Abraham and follow the ways of the Gentiles around about. They had Gods presents with them in the signs and miracles. He supplied all their need in the wilderness for forty years. When they entered the Promised Land they still would not trust Christ to look after their daily needs. They chose to forsake the Righteous Ways of the Kingdom of God and follow after the ways of the kingdoms of the Gentiles. They chose to go their our ways and they lost the REST that God had given them in Canaan.

Satan was also put out of the Kingdom of Heaven when he left the righteous ways of the Kingdom of God. (Jude 1:6 NASB) And angels who did not keep their own domain, but abandoned their proper abode, He has kept in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day.

THE RIGHTEOUS LAWS OF GOD'S KINGDOM.

Deut 4:7-9 KJV For what nation is there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the LORD our God is in all things that we call upon him for? {8} And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgements so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day? {9} Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life: but teach them thy sons, and thy sons' sons;

(Heb 3:8-14 KJV) Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness: {9} When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years. {10} Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do always err in their heart; and they have not known my ways. {11} So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.) {12} Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. {13} But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. {14} For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

(Deu 30:19-20 KJV) I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: {20} That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD swear unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.

THE KINGDOM OF ISRAEL CUT OFF.

(1 Kings 9:5-8 KJV) Then I will establish the throne of thy kingdom upon Israel for ever, as I promised to David thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man upon the throne of Israel. {6} But if ye shall at all turn from following me, ye or your children, and will not keep my commandments and my statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods, and worship them: {7} Then will I cut off Israel out of the land which I have given them; and this house, which I have hallowed for my name, will I cast out of my sight; and Israel shall be a proverb and a byword among all people: {8} And at this house, which is high, every one that passeth by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss; and they shall say, Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and to this house?

"Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and to this house?" The reason that God cut Israel off is that He is a God that will not share His House with strange gods. [Mat 6: 24] They were cut off because of unbelief when they went and served the gods of the Gentiles. Israel was once the GOOD TREE of God. Salvation came to and through the Nation of Israel. The were from the seed of Abraham, the father of the Faithful. God worked with the Kingdom of Israel for thousands of years trying to get them to produce the Fruits of His Righteousness. They had become so harden by sin that as a Nation God could no longer call them His people.

God has always had a righteous remnant in the Nation of Israel. When the fullness of time came for Israel to be cut off, God sent His own Son to redeem the faithful who were under the law and bring them back into the house hold of faith. This time they would not be walking by the Faith of Abraham where the Righteousness of Christ was given to the people in the form of written LAWS. The laws given in the Old Testament could only define the righteousness of Christ by "thou shell" and "thou shall not" . They were only a shadow of the true righteous that was to be revealed in the person of God's only Son, Jesus.

From the time of Jesus, His death and resurrection from the dead, all mankind has been set free from following just a law. We now have a complete model of a perfect man to follow in the pattern Son who came down from the Father in Heaven. He taught us the perfect Faith to walk in. We have His way of life recorded in the New Testament along with all His teachings as to the Kingdom of God and what we must do to enter into His eternal life. Every man is now without excuse to know the way of salvation. The Righteousness of Christ is clearly manifested in the Word. Everyone can know Him as their personal God if they will follow His teachings by doing them. You must live the WORD in order to know the WORD, The WORD must be allowed to live in you by complete obedience to Christ before Christ can not know you personally. If Christ is not living His life through you, you will hear the WORDS: "DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS"

(Mat 7:21-24 NASB) "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven; but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven. {22} "Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?' {23} "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.' {24} "Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine, and acts upon them, may be compared to a wise man, who built his house upon the rock.

IF WE ARE TRULY GRAFTED IN, WE WILL PRODUCE THE FRUIT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS.

(Rom 11:18-24 KJV) Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee. {19} Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in. {20} Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear: {21} For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee. {22} Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off. {23} And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again. {24} For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?

ABIDE IN ME, AND I IN YOU.

(John 15:1-12 NASB) "I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. {9} "Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love. {10} "If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father's commandments, and abide in His love. {11} "These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full. {12} "This is My commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you.
