Absolutely the best way to see the sea… There are several organisations that can teach you diving, and plenty of great places to go to.

These are the largest international diving organisations. Both have members and schools all over the world, and have full training programs for everyone from beginners to experienced divers. Go arrange to have an introductory dive somewhere, I can guarantee you'll be amazed.
