Glenn Churchill received his Bachelor's degree, with a major in
Philosophy, from Northeastern
University in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1974.
His degree was awarded with High Honors. While at Northeastern,
he was inducted into the Honor Societies of Phi Kappa Phi and
The Academy. His study of Philosophy focused on the Analytic
Philosophies and included independent research and writing
in the area of determinism and free will as part of his participation
in an honors program sponsored by the school's Department of
Philosophy.
After graduating from Northeastern, Dr. Churchill worked
in the security industry where his positions involved investigations,
law enforcement, and security management and superivion. Dr. Churchill
was a special police officer in the City of Boston and the Town of
Framingham. He was a licensed Private Investigator in the State of
New Hampshire. Dr. Churchill continues to provide consulting
services in security and investigations.
Dr. Churchill's law school training was taken at
Franklin Pierce Law Center,
one of the nation's leading schools for training in intellectual
property law. Dr. Churchill graduated from Franklin Pierce in 1979
with his Juris Doctor degree.
Dr. Churchill was admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth
of Massachusetts in 1979, after his successful completion of the
Massachusetts Bar Examination. He was admitted to the United States
District Court of Massachusetts in 1980. He has been practicing
law continuously in Massachusetts since his admission to the Bar.
He has been associated with several major law firms in Boston and
served as in-house counsel for six years with a major Massachusetts
construction and land development company before founding
Churchill Law Offices
in Marshfield,
Massachusetts.
Dr. Churchill is also an Adjunct Professor at Massachusetts Bay
Community College where he teaches undergraduate courses in
Business Law, Legal Research and Writing, Business Organizations,
Family Law, and Criminal Law. He is a former guest lecturer on
Environmental Law at Boston College Law School.
As a member of the Massachusetts Bar
Association, Dr. Churchill maintains a membership in the
Association's Sections on Business Law, Health Law, and Public Law.
He is also a member of the Association's Committees on Mental
Health and Patients' Rights, Construction and Public Contracts,
and Land Use and Zoning.
In addition to his professional associations, Dr. Churchill serves
on the National Nominations Committees for the Outstanding Americans
Awards; sits on the Board of Directors of Teen Challenge Ministry
of Brockton, Massachusetts; and maintains a membership in the
Marshfield Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Churchill is also listed with
Marquis's Who's Who in the East, Strathmore's Who's Who, and the
National Registry of Who's Who in Executives and Professionals. Dr.
Churchill is scheduled for inclusion in the 1999 edition of Marquis's
Who's Who in the World.
The addition of Arizona offices is the result of Dr. Churchill's
recent admission to the State Bar
of Arizona.
