To apply for our ranks you must fill out your own filecard. We make no promises of accepting you. Silly applications will be discarded, and your name noted. Please note that all applicants upon being accepted will be ranked as a specialist, grade E4. You can and will be promoted for any effort or contribution you put into helping Cobra Command, and the Inside Cobra fanzine. Mordred was born in South Africa. Both of his parents were of German decent. As members of the Natzi party, they raised him in an atmosphere of hatred and violence. His mind and body were both conditioned to be the best from birth. He was never allowed any friends, save for those in the party. As he grew up he was taught the use of many weapons as well as hand to hand fighting techniques.
When he was sixteen, he was taken on his first raid on small villages, nearer the center of the country. During one of these raids, he was almost killed when the jeep he was driving exploded. He was nursed back to health by a member of the Peace Corps. She was tall and beautiful. He fell in love with her and decided to forget about his family's past ... to start over.
After five long and glorious years of mariage , they decided to take their family on an outting in the desert. Unfortunately their small plane got caught in the middle of a pitched battle between G.I. Joe and COBRA forces. One of the Joe Skystrikers sideswiped their plane causing it to crash. His wife and son were killed. Only he and his daughter survived.
He wanted revenge for their deaths so he took his daughter and joined COBRA.

If you are accepted into COBRA, you will be notified, usually within two weeks. If you are not accepted you can always try again.
