Spicy Pork Sparerib Soup

1/2 Tsp.White Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp.Sugar
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1 Lb. 6 Ozs. Pork Spareribs,Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces

Marinate the pork with the above for about 1/2 hour.

2 pods garlic,bashed with flat side of chopper to break up the pods. do not peel garlic.(yes the whole pod stem and all!!)

2 Segments Star Anise
1 Inch Cinnamon Bark
2 Tsp White Pepper Corns
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Dark Soy Sauce
3 Pints Boiling Water
1 Tsp. Preserved Brown Soya Beans,Pounded (This can be purchased from oriental or asian food stores)not the same as the black variety.

Put everything into a crockpot. And cook the usual way.
