DD
The 64 DD is a writeable Disk Drive that has been recently in developement for the Nintendo Corporation. Each of the Disks will hold approximately 64MB of Data, which 32 MB of that is writeable. This will make the games far more customizable than they are at this current moment. The Drive itself will come with a 4MB Ram expansion pack, making the N64DD come up to a total of 8 MB of Ram. The expected cost for on of these excellent machines will come inbetween $99 and $150 U.S. Plans for apack-in-game aren't to sure yet but the most expected one to come out with it are going to be Zelda 64DD and Earthbound 64DD. The Disks will have different uses like including combination Cartridge/Disk games, also game updates on Disk. Although there has been no specific release date for this machine. (Personally I hope that it will be very very soon.)
