This spell cloaks one chosen being in a flickering sapphire-hued aura,
unless the target succussfully saves vs. spell, in which case the 
magic collapses and fails.  A saving throw must be made regardless of 
the targets wishes.
A sapphire shield protects the being against all psionic attacks and 
psionically-caused effects, breaking existing psionic contacts and 
influences for the duration of its existence.  It can't be made to 
protect more than one being and can be effectively cast on the same 
being only once in a week.  If it is cast more often on the same 
being, it automatically fails, producing only a momentary wash of 
green radience around the target creature.
