Las Vegas,NV August 1970. Elvis is wearing the " Concha jumpsuit " and became well known because RCA has used a photo with that jumpsuit on the front cover of T.T.W.I.I. and several sequences were shown in the movie as well.

Elvis has equally used that jumpsuit in February 1971 with the famous gold belt.
