Boston, MA. November 10th 1971. This first and only tour of 1971 was excellent and Elvis gave everything he had for entertaining his fans.
A reporter of the Boston Globe wrote " a dazzling 52 minutes display of singing and body English ".
The reporter of the Boston Globe continued ," He bumped and grinned, flailed his arms, jerked his head in tempo, strutted around the stage like a pompous wrestler and postured outrageously throughout his whirlwind set to the shrieking delight of his fans."
Another critic wrote , " More than anyone, Elvis had fun last night and the contagiousness of his joy reached into the rafters." Elvis also entertained a few fans backstage before the show, here's a few photographs of the occasion and the story behind it.
