Case gin, black glass (actually very deep green). 9 and 1/4" in height, tapers to 2 and 1/4" square on bottom.
Applied down tooled lip. Smooth footed base with 4 small indents.
This bottle is known as a paddled gin as it was free blown and the sides were then flatten with
a paddle. All 4 sides are slightl indented. Filled with numerous bubbles.
Ca: mid 1800's.
