Two American students, David (David Naughton) and Jack (Griffin Dunne), are on a walking tour of England. After noticing pentagrams and candles on the wall they are forced out of the "Slaughtered Lamb" Inn only to be attacked by a Werewolf on the Moors.. Jack is killed, and David is mauled. The Werewolf is killed, but reverts to it's human form, and the townspeople are able to deny it's existence. David begins to have nightmares of hunting on four feet, but then finds that his friend and other recent victims appear to him, demanding that he kill himself and release them from their curse, being trapped between worlds because of their unnatural death. He meets a nurse named Alex (Jenny Agutter) who he ends up in a relationship with.

Serafine (Julie Delpy), The daughter of the werewolf from "American Werewolf in London", is alive and living in Paris where her mother Alex (Jenny Agutter) and stepfather are trying to overcome her lycanthropic disease. Some American tourists on a thrill seeking trip around Europe manage to stop her from plunging to her death from the top of the Eiffel tower. Andy (Tom Everet Scott) falls in love with her and ends up with the werewolf curse. Now they are caught up in a secret society of werewolves based in the city and a drug which allows werewolves to change at any time. No more waiting for the Full Moon...
This time the two zombie friends are Amy (Julie Bowen) and Brad (Vince Vieluf)
