JOSEPH THOMAS ELLIOTT - Vocals 1 August 1959-Sheffield, UK
Joe joined a fledgling band called Atomic Mass in 1977, when the line-up consisted of Sav, Pete Willis and Tony Kenning. At Joe's suggestion, the band's name was soon changed to Deaf Leopard, a name for an imaginary band that he had drawn posters and album covers for in art class. The spelling was later changed Def Leppard to avoid giving people the impression that the band was one of many up-and-coming punk bands. Joe is currently separated from Karla, his wife since 1989, and lives in Dublin, Ireland.

RICHARD JOHN CYRIL ALLEN- Drums 1 November 1963-Derbyshire, UK
Rick joined Def Leppard on 27 Nov. 1978 when he was only 15 years old, replacing Frank Noon. Rick's drumming career and life changed forever on 31 Dec. 1984 when he lost his left arm in an auto accident after losing control of his new Corvette on a country road outside of Sheffield. He was out of the hospital within 2 months, and he began to experiment with an electronic drum kit with a series of foot pedals to replace his lost arm. His first show after the accident was in a tiny Cork, Ireland hall on 5 Aug. 1986. Rick used the electronic kit for both the Hysteria and Adrenalize tours, but he has gone back to an acoustic kit on the song "When Love & Hate Collide" from 'Vault' and on the band's current album 'Slang'. Rick married his wife Stacy on 29 Sept. 1991 and they currently live in California. The couple became parents of a little girl on 20 May 1997 named Lauren Shane Allen.

VIVIAN CAMPBELL - Guitar 25 August 1962-Belfast, N. Ireland
Vivian joined Def Leppard in 1992, replacing late guitarist Steve Clark, at the start of the Adrenalize tour. His first recorded performance came at the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert at Wembley Stadium in London on 20 April 1992. Before joining Def Leppard, Vivian played in several bands including Dio, Whitesnake, The Riverdogs, Shadow King and his own band Sweet Savage. Vivian's first contribution to writing music with Def Leppard is on their newest studio album 'Slang'. Viv currently lives in California with his wife Jewels.

PHILIP KENNETH COLLEN - Guitar 8 December 1957-London, UK
Phil joined Def Leppard in 1982, replacing Pete Willis as co-lead guitar. He played in two bands before joining Def Leppard, Girl and Dumb Blondes. His first recorded appearance is on 'Pyromania' and he played his first gig with the band in London on 9 Feb. 1983. Phil lives in California and is in the process of getting divorced from Jacki, his wife since 1989. They have one son, Rory James Collen, who was born on 4 Jan. 1990.

RICHARD SAVAGE - Bass 2 December 1960-Sheffield, UK
Sav was one of the original members of Atomic Mass, which he formed with school mate Pete Willis in Sheffield in 1975. Sav was originally a guitarist, but he soon realized that Pete was a much better player, so he switched to bass. Sav is separted from Dara, his wife since Nov. 1993, and currently lives in Dublin, Ireland. Sav is alfficted with Bell's Palsy, a disease which paralyzes the right side of his face. It is not known why the illness strikes, but Sav says it is getting better everyday and the affect on his singing is minimal.

STEVEN MAYNARD CLARK - Guitar 23 April 1960-8 January 1991-Hillsborough, UK
Steve joined the band on 29 Jan. 1978 while the line up consisted of Joe, Sav, Pete Willis on guitar and Tony Kenning on drums. Through the years Steve earned the nickname of "The Riffmaster" as he came up with some of Def Leppard's most memorable guitar parts. Unfortunately, Steve became more and more addicted to alcohol during the late 1980's and finally lost his battle with alcoholism on 8 January 1991, when he was found dead in his London home, due to a lethal combination of pain killers and alcohol. A wonderful musician and man is greatly missed. Rest In Peace, Steve

Love is like a bomb
Bomb
Bomb
Love is like a bomb
I'm hot
Love is like a bomb, baby, c'mon get it on
Livin' like a lover with a radar phone
Lookin' like a tramp, like a video vamp
Demolition woman, can I be your man
Your man
Razzle 'n' a dazzle 'n' a flash a little light
Television lover, baby, go all night
Sometime, anytime, sugar me sweet
Little miss-a-innocent sugar me, yeah
Take a bottle, shake it up
Break the bubble, break it up
Pour some sugar on me, ooh, in the name of love
Pour some sugar on me, c'mon fire me up
Pour your sugar on me, oh, I can't get enough
I'm hot, sticky sweet from my head to my feet yeah
Listen
Red light, yellow light, green-a-light go
Crazy little woman in a one man show
Mirror queen, mannequin, rhythm of love
Sweet dream, saccharine, loosen up
I loosen up
You gotta squeeze a little, squeeze a little, tease a little more
Easy operator come-a-knockin' on my door
Sometime, anytime, sugar me sweet
Little miss innocent sugar me, yeah
Give a little more
Take a bottle, shake it up
Break the bubble, break it up
Pour some sugar on me, ooh, in the name of love
Pour some sugar on me, c'mon fire me up
Pour your sugar on me, oh, I can't get enough
I'm hot, sticky sweet from my head to my feet yeah
You got the peaches, I got the cream
Sweet to taste saccharine
'Cos I'm hot, so hot, sticky sweet
From my head, my head to my feet
To my feet
Do you take sugar, one lump or two?
Take a bottle, take a bottle
Shake it up, shake it up
Break the bubble, break it up
Break it up
Pour some sugar on me, ooh, in the name of love
Pour some sugar on me, c'mon fire me up
Pour your sugar on me, oh, I can't get enough
Pour some sugar on me, oh, in the name of love
Pour some sugar on me, get it, come get it
Pour your sugar on me, ooh
Pour some sugar on me, yeah
Sugar me
