Injuries? What injuries?

The cast is finally off (left hind leg). All that remains for support is an extended shoe on that foot. The bandage on the front leg is from a minor cut. Justen was a bit too energetic and excited when released from the lead line for the first time in over 5 months. He immediately slid into the wooden fence and cut his front leg. After spending more than half his life in a cast (stall rest and hand walking only), at last he can run and play. He is nine months old in these photos.
