There are currently two Bulletin Boards that are kindlyy hosting DoubleClick, they are:Transmission Impossible and Brainscan.

You can download the latest issues from these boards, and it should be possible to upload submissions there - see the BBS for details. And at the same time, there are thousands of other files available for you to download to, so be sure to check out the boards if you can!
