A 1967 graduate of the University of Tennessee School of Medicine, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and Board Certified General Surgeon, Dr. Carroll has practiced in the Jamestown area since May 1989.
The office is on North Duncan Street, conveniently located beside Fentress County General Hospital. Most insurance and TennCare is accepted. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
