"Daisy?! I'm here! Are you around?, "Tay called. It had been almost a year since their date, and he fell more deeply in love with her with every passing day. She was so special to him, that he could no longer remember what life had been like without her.

"I'm right here. Chill out," Daisy said, smiling as she walked down the steps. It made her feel secure when he worried about her.

"Sorry. What time is Rach getting here?," he asked.

"Um, about noon, I think. Why?," she replied. She still worried about Rach. She knew that Rach still harbored a crush on Taylor. But, why worry? Rachel was happy for her, right?

"No reason. I know you probably can't wait to see her, right?," Taylor asked.

"Totally can not! It's been so long!!," Daisy exclaimed. Just then, the doorbell rang. "Ohmigod! It's already noon.. She's here," Daisy said in excitement. She ran to open the door. When she opened it, there stood her best friend in the world. Rachel Loremal.

"Rach!," she cried. She hugged her tightly. After all, it had been eight months since they had seen each other last.

Rach hesistated for a split second. In fact, it happened so fast, Taylor thought he imagined it. But, he hadn't.

Rach was shaknig inwardly from disgust at being this close to her mortal enemy. It was pure torture. She had to remind herself that Tay was in the room. That was the only thing keeping her from throttling Daisy right then and there. She hugged back. Just not with the same feeling. Her friendship with her had ended the day Daisy called to tell her about their relationship.

True, Daisy had liked him first. Before Rach even knew about him, but Daisy had known her feelings. And, she still went after him. And got him. This infuriated Rach even omre. First of all, friends don't go after guys their best friend likes. And secondly, they also don't get them. That just wasn't fair. Plus, Taylor had fallen under Daisy's spell. Daisy was evil. And, it was Rach's job to protect Taylor from evil. So, Daisy had to go. For Taylor's sake.

She hastily pulled away from the hellish torture that was a hug. "Daisy, you grew out your hair! Why?," she asked, forcing herself to speak in a friendly tone.

"Tay likes it long," Daisy shrugged.

"Oh," Rach replied. So, she did whatever Taylor wanted her to do. Pathetic female. Dumb, stupid, patthetic female.

"So, girls, what're we going to do?," Tay asked. He walked up to them, and put his arm around Daisy's shoulder. This made Rach seethe with anger. But, she was careful not to show it. That wouldn't work at all. No, not at all.

"Well, I'm sure that Rach wants to unpack, and we need to catch up," Daisy said.

"Well, I'm sure I'm not needed in those areas. I'll just head on home. Give me a call, OK?," Tay said. She nodded, and he gave her a quick kiss on the lips. This small show of emotion made Rach want to pull out a gun and blow Daisy's brains to the high heavens. She restrained herself, remembering that that she wasn't ready. Planning was still needed.
