You out did your self. I will now tell the family to look it up. They will be VERY pleased, I'm sure. -Denny Finke (1/19/01) I appreciate your help with the info you sent me on Bob. If you get anything else, just send it on. -Jake Lamkins (1/19/01) I was wondering if you could add a few of pictures to Bob Grisanti's memorial on your site. I have attached them. His dad will be happy to see them. I keep in touch with him and his mom. They took his death pretty hard. If you don't have room for all of them put in what you can. I'd like to also add little story about our relationship if that will be okay. Let me know. -Denny Finke (6/4/06) Thanks for the pix. They look great. I'll start working on updating Bob's webpage. Send me the article about Bob and I'll include it too. -Jake Lamkins (6/4/06) Bob Grisanti was my friend. We met shortly after he joined Frontier Airlines. I was in the FAL training department at the time and had a part in his training. He always did well. Later we flew together on several occasions. We talked about family, seniority, and dreams as most pilots do. He had a great attitude and was truly happy to be a part of our Frontier family. I enjoyed his stories about his time in the Air Force. I never did get to meet Norlene, but know that she was a big part of his life. We were all upset about our positions with Continental after the merger. As an outdoorsman Bob enjoyed the Colorado mountains and did not want to leave. I lost touch with him for a time when I was forced to work out of Cleveland. I felt really bad for all of our guys and gals who had to leave Denver to work elsewhere. Bob Senior and Marti, Bob’s parents, and I met in Cleveland several times and I saw their grief at loosing Bob Junior. Bob Junior had taught Bob Senior to fly as they had a close bond. As a lawyer he was able to use light aircraft for some of his business duties. I can see where Bob Junior got his fine personality and work ethic. Bob and his family are in my prayers. I look forward to see him and his parents united once again. -Denny Finke (6/5/06)
