"Are you okay?" Alyssa asked Linds at lunch the day after they went to the club.
"Yea, I am fine," Linds said, "Why wouldn't I be?"
"Well, you were pretty shaken up by what you saw last night and you just ran out of the club."
"Yea, I was last night, but today is different. I am over that. Nick can go screw himself for all I care. I don't need him when there are so many others."
"That's good to think that way. Remember to always think positive!"
"May I sit here?" someone with a nice Kentucian voice asked refering to the seat next to Linds.
Linds looked up to see who it was. "Sure, Brian, you can sit here."
Brian took the seat next to Linds. "Thanks. Would you like something to eat," Brian said pointing to his big tray of food.
"No, no thanks. I need to lose some weight, but apparently you don't," Linds said referring to his overstacked tray full of two slices of Pizza, two batches of fries, a large coke and three chocolate chip cookies.
"Nope, and this still won't fill me up," Brian teased. "Now common, please eat something. I am not gonna eat anything unless you do."
"But Brian, I am not hungry and you are. Don't not eat just on account of me."
"Nope, you don't eat, I don't eat."
"Fine," Linds said and grabbed a fry from his tray. "There you happy?"
"That ain't eating. You need to have something bigger," Brian said and put a slice of pizza in front of her mouth. "Now take a bite."
"No!," Linds said and turned her head.
"Yes you will!," Brian said and kissed Linds on the back of her head. That made Linds turn around to give Brian a kiss back, but Brian put the pizza infront of him and Linds took a bite of the pizza.
After she was done swollowing, she said, "How rude!" and kissed Brian on the lips.

How can she be doing something like that to me? Nick asked himself while sitting at the end of the groups table with Nicole on his right.
"Nick, what's the matter?," Nicole asked him.
"I dunno, Nicole. I have been having second doubts about all this. Look at those two," he said reffering to Linds and Brian. "I guess I really do love Linds. I can't believe I did that to her yesterday. Right now all I feel like doing is going over there and choaking Brian to death.
"No, don't do that, Nick. Brian is a nice guy and he doesn't deserve that. Just let him be," Nicole told him still having feelings for Brian.
"Nicole, I can't take this anymore. I know it hasn't even been a day, but I really love Linds and last night was not something for me to ever do. I can't see you anymore. It's off. Linds means too much to me and I gotta get her back."
"So? Is that it? You are dumping me just like that?" Nicole said getting furious.
"Yea, I guess I am. All you seem to get me to do is get in more trouble than I am. I don't love you and I never liked you in the first place. You asked me out so I said yes, but I didn't mean much of it. You are Linds' best friend and I don't wanna ruine that, and I was her boyfriend and I already ruined that, even if it can't get fixed, its better I not see you."
"I can't believe you," Nicole said and took a glass of water and slapped it on Nick and walked away.
I really got a way with the ladies these days! Nick said to himself as he was trying to get the water off him.

"Looks like his is getting his payback," Linds said to Brian while he had his arm around her waist at the other end of the table.
"Don't be so hard on him," Brian said.
"Yea, I guess you are right. Since he is your best friend I guess I will HAVE to be nice to him now."
"You don't HAVE to. You can if you wanna," Brian said, "But don't worrie about him. I can take care of him. He won't hurt any friend of Brian Litrell, or any girlfriend for that matter."
"Brian, did you just call me your girlfriend?" Linds asked, "Um....yea! Will you be?"
"I am not sure. I mean I do like you, but I still got feelings for Nick, I guess. This is kinda tough on me. Maybe I got the feelings because it's only been one day. I need some more time to think this over. Is that okay with you?"
"Yea, sure, that is fine," Brian said and gave Linds a little kiss on the forehead.
"Linds, can we please talk," said a nice and deep voice from behind Linds and Brian.
Linds turned around to see Nick standing behind her. "I don't think we should. I mean, maybe you don't need to speak and your little girlfriend can talk for you," she said reffering to the day before.
"Please!" Nick begged.
"Go talk to him, Linds. Its okay, you will feel better if you do," Brian whispered into her ear.
"Okay, fine, Nick! I will go talk with you."
"Thank you," he said and took her hand.
Linds immediately let go. "What do you think you are doing?"
"I want to take you someplace private. I can't even hold your hand?"
"Nope, I never know where those hands were last night," Linds said.
"Nothing happened between Nicole and I."
"Um-hum!"
"Fine, say whatever you wanna say. Just follow me then and hear me out here."
"Okay," Linds said, "You lead the way."
