"Linds? Whats wrong?" Jessa asked her very upset friend.

"Oh Jessa!" Linds burst into tears and wrapped her arms around her best friends neck. "It's my mom, she's doing it again!"

"Oh no, I knew this was coming," Jessa sighed

"Did what again, knew what was coming?" Brian asked confused.

"Her mom, shes really over proctetive, she doesn't like Linds to date, even if she is allowed, she always finds some way to break them up,"

"She said I can't see Nick!" Linds said, inbetween sobs.

"What!" Nick cried. "What did I do?"

"It's not you, its me, she hates me!" Linds cried.

"She does not she just worries about you," Jessa reassured her.

"She said I'm moving to fast," Linds said, and looked up at Jessa's face, she didn't like the expression Jessa was making. "Don't tell me you think that she's right!"

"I didn't say that!"

"But your thinking it!"

"Lindsay I do not! I swear!" Jessa yelled

"Thanks alot Jessa, your suppose to be on my side!"

"I am on your side!"

"Yeah, I know, and I'm sorry, its just why does she do this to me, I really like nick, I don't wanna lose him!"

Nick felt his heart melt. "I don't wanna lose you either Linds!" He said and pulled her in for a hug, soon tears were in his eyes, too.

"Come on, we better get Linds home before her mom go nuts," Jessa sighed.

"Yeah, Jessa's right, lets go," Linds said, pulling away from Nick.

The four people walked out of the mall and into Brian's jeep. They drove to Lindsay's house in silence, except for the radio playing.

"I'll walk you inside," Jessa smiled and opened the car door.

"Ok, bye Brian, bye Nick!" Linds said and gave Nick a sweet kiss on the mouth.

"Bye Linds, call me if you can," Nick tried to force a smile.

"I will," She said, also forcing a smile.

"I'll be right back guys," Jessa smiled and closed the car door. Then walked Lindsay to her house.

"Lindsay, is that you?" Her mother called from the kitchen.

"Yeah, its me,"

"What the hell was that, running off like that!" Linds Mother yelled.

"We had to go pick up Jessa Mom!" Linds cried

"Hi Mrs Frankel," Jessa said shyly

"Hello Jessica," Lindsay's mother replied coldly.

Jessa sensed that her mother was mad, she knew that Mrs. Frankel only called Jessa by her full first name, that she didn't want her there. "Umm, Linds, I better go, Brian is waiting for me," Jessa said

"Ok, bye Jessa, I'll call you later," Linds said, then looked at her mother. "If I can,"

"Ok, bye Linds, bye Mrs. Frankel," Jessa replied then walked out of the door and into Brian's jeep.

"How did it go?" Nick asked

"Not good, her mother called me Jessica," Jessa replied

"Jessica?" Brian asked

"Yeah, my full first name," She answered

"I like it, it's pretty," Brian smiled

"I hate it," She said

"Anyway, do you think she'll let me see Linds?" Nick butted in.

Jessa sighed. "I don't think so Nick, I'm so sorry," She said giving him a sympathetic look

"Great, just great," Nick sat back in the seat and ran his fingers threw his hair. "Brian, please take me home, I need to be alone,"

"Sure buddy, no problem," Brian smiled. "What about you, do you wanna come over and hang or whatever?" Brian asked Jessa.

"Thanks, but no thanks, I think I wanna be alone to, but thanks for the offer," She smiled.

About 20 minutes later Brian pulled into Jessa's Driveway, they had taken Nick home first so they could talk. "You sure you don't wanna come over or do something?" Brian asked again.

Jessa looked over at Brian and smiled, she could see in his eyes that he really wanted to be with her. "Let me see what Lucy and Anne are doing tonight, if they have plans, we can go back to your place or whatever," Jessa smiled.

"Ok," He said and turned off the car and Jessa stepped out of it.

"You wanna come in?" She asked

"Your mom won't mind?" He asked

"I live with Anne and Lucy, we moved in here a month ago," She answered

"Ok, then sure, I would love to," He smiled.

Jessa smiled back and lead Brian to her door, she opened it and saw that Lucy and Anne were running around like Chicken's with out their heads on. "Yo, wut up?" Jessa laughed, looking at the mess. "Where are you two going?"

"On a double date," Anne answered.

"With who?" Jessa asked

"Howie and A.J.," Lucy smiled.

"Oh, when did this happen?"

"When you were out," Anne smiled.

"Oh, then have fun," Brian cleared his throat. "Oh, you guys remember Brian right?"

"Oh yeah, Your the one that liked Linds, right?" Lucy asked.

"Umm, no, I liked Jessa, and thats who I got," Brian smiled.

"Huh? Did we miss somthing here?" Lucy asked.

"Yeah, Brian is my boyfriend!" Jessa said happily.

"Boyfriend?!" The two said simultaneously

"Yeah, Brian asked me out at the mall today,"

"Cool, congrats!" Anne smiled.

"Thanks," Jessa smiled back and took Brian's hand.

"So, I guess that means your free huh?" Brian asked

"Yup,"

"Then you all mine!" Brian said and picked her up and carried her out the door.

"Brian, chill put me down!"

"Ok, ok, " He laughed and place her back on the floor. "So where do you wanna go m'lady," Brian said in a scottish accent

Jessa laughed alittle. "You choose!"

"Oh, I got a great Idea!" Brian smiled and grabbed Jessa hand.
