A few things are changed around to keep it from getting boring.

It was a good union meeting today.  22 members attended.  It was voted to have the Local
pay for members & one guest attending the banquet for Moe Biller when he visits us in 
October.  It will be at the Hilton so make plans to be there.

All donations to the Legal Defense Fund will be refunded September 30, 1999 and the Fund
terminated.  It appears unlikely that the PM will re-file her lawsuit.  However, if she does, 
APWU HQs has pledged legal assistance.

Our LMOU is virtually unchanged from last time.  It should get signed off this coming week.
The only change other than minor housekeeping items is a clarification in Item 13 as to 
how folks on the OTDL slot in on holiday staffing.

The new LMOU will be printed in booklet form and our Constitution & Bylaws will be put in
with it.
