FENCING PHOTO ALBUM--PAGE TWO

George Johnson of Tampa's Fencing Academy. Sorry, we don't have a record of what tournament the medal is from but you just had to see this charismatic fellow anyway.

Here, you see the Main Maestro and founder of Tampa's Fencing Academy, Gerry Duran--living proof that good guys don't always wear white.

During March and April of 1998, Visiting Maestro, Jim Campoli conducted a series of sabre classes for some of TFA's more experienced fencers. In this scene, you see Tom Massey on the left, Maestro Campoli in the background center, and Richard Byers on the right. The onlooker by the window is web page editor Ann Morris. We don't know who the foot on the edge belongs to.

This thoughtful looking guy is Fresnel Casthely, associate coach at Tampa's Fencing Academy. He is famous for his tough footwork drills (as well as his great fencing ability). He recently won a silver medal in Men's Sabre at West Coast Duel held in Dunedin, Florida (April 26).
