1 1/2 C. flour
2 t. sugar
1 t. salt
1/2 C. vegetable oil
2 T. milk

Combine flour, sugar and salt. Add
oil and milk, mix well. Place in a
9" pie plate, pat it till it forms
to the dish. Flute edge.
Bake as directed on filling recipes
or for baked pie shell, bake at 425
F. for 10 to 12 min. Let cool and
fill.
NOTE:
This is a little hard to work with
at first, but once you get used to
it, it's great and easy.
