1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
1 pkg. 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 C. green onions, chopped fine
1 t. curry powder
2 C. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine

In medium bowl, blend soup mix and sour cream. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with chips, fresh vegetables or dark breads torn in pieces.
