Breads Whole Wheat Bread (Mommo)

Recipe Ingredients
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 1/2 C. warm water
2 t. salt
2/3 C. sugar
1 C. Vegetable oil
4 eggs
8 C. whole wheat flour, more or less




Recipe Directions
In large bowl pour water, sugar,
salt, yeast and oil beat well with
mixer. Add while beating 2 cups
flour a little at a time till well
beaten. Beat in 1 egg at a time and
beat in more flour till to stiff to
use beater, then add more flour and
kneed by hand till it forms a ball
and is easy to handle. Make a ball
and place in bowl and cover, let
rise until double in bulk.
Punch down and make into 4 loaves.
Place in greased (7 1/2 X 3 1/2 X 2
1/2) pans. Let rise, till double.
Heat oven to 425 F.
Bake 15 min., then turn oven off and
let bake 15 min. longer. Take out of
oven and place on rack. Let cool a
little before removing from pans.
Brush with butter, cover and cool.
