Breads Zucchini Bread

Recipe Ingredients
3 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Cups Shredded Zucchini
3 Eggs
1 Cup Vegetable Oil



Recipe Directions
In large bowl, add all ingrediants except eggs and oil. In a small bowl, beat eggs and oil, add to zucchini mixture. Stir until moistened. Pour into greased loaf pans. Heat oven to 350 F. Bake in oven for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool in pans for 30 minutes, invert on rack and cool.

NOTE: Fruit can be added (pineapple, peaches, pears, dates..etc). 1 Cup chopped plus one teaspoon vanilla.
