CRUST:
2 C. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 C. sugar
1 stick butter
FILLING:
1 1/2 lbs. cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1 C. sugar
TOPPING:
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 C. sugar
1 t. vanilla

CRUST:
Melt butter in a 9 X 13 inch pan,
remove from heat. Mix crumbs and
sugar and sprinkle over butter and
press down. Set aside.
FILLING:
Beat cream cheese, eggs and vanilla.
Gradually add sugar while still
beating. Beat well and then pour
onto crust. Bake at 300 F for 1 hr. Take out of oven and cool 5 min.
TOPPING:
Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
Pour over cake that has cooled for 5
min. and put back in 300 F oven for
10 min. Cool and refregirate
