2 medium sweet potatoes
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/3 C. butter melted
3/4 milk
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs, slightly beated

Boil potatoes in small amount of water until soft. Peel and mash. Measure 1 1/2 cups of mashed potatoes into large bowl. Whisk in remaining ingredients, blend well. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake at 425 F for 10 min. Reduce heat to 350 F. and bake an additional 50 to 60 min. or until filling is set and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
