3 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cup Butter
2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 12 oz. Pkg. Chocolate Chips
7 oz. Marshmallow Cream
1 Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and milk in heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring
to a full rolling boil over medium
heat for 5 minutes, stirring
constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat, stir in chocolate
until melted. Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla, beat until well
blended. Pour into a buttered 9 X 13 pan. Cool at room temperature, cut
into squares.
