12 oz. butterscotch Morsels
6 T. butter
2 C. graham cracker crumbs
2 C. chopped walnuts
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 C. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 C. all-purpose flour
2 T. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine over hot water, morsels and butter. Stir until morsels are melted and smooth. Stir in cracker crumbs and walnuts with fork, until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Reserve 1 cup of mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into 10 1/2 X 15 1/2 inch pan.
In large mixer bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar, beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each addition. Add flour and lemon juice until smooth. Pour evenly over bottom crust, sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 25 min.
Cool and cut into bars.
