1/2 C. minced onion
1 clove garilc, minced
1/4 C. butter
1 lbs. ground beef
2 T. flour
2 t. salt
1/4 t pepper
1 8 oz. can mushroom pieces
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 C. sour cream
1 8 oz. pkg. noodles cooked

Crumble ground beef in large frying pan and brown. Add onions and garlic at the end of frying. Next add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 min. on medium low heat. Add soup, simmer uncovered for 10 min. Stir in sour cream. Heat thorough. Serve over hot noodles.
