2 10 oz. chopped broccoli, cooked
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 C. mayonaise
1 medium onion, chopped
2 eggs well beaten
1 C. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 C. butter
1 1/2 C. herb seasoned stuffing mix

Combine soup, mayonaise, eggs and onion. Blend in cooked broccoli. Pour into buttered 9 X 13 inch pan. Sprinkle on cheese. Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix, then sprinkle it over the cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 30 to 40 min.
