2 strips bacon
1/2 C minced onion
1 1/2 t. flour
3 T. water
2 T. vinegar
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 can green beans
dash pepper

Brown bacon until crisp. Drain on a paper towel. Cook onion in bacon fat until golden brown and soft. Stir in flour, add water, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir in green beans. Heat. Serve with crisp bacon sprinkled over the top.
