A Brief History: Born and raised in Figaro Castle with his twin brother Edgar, he was devastated by his father's assassination by poisoning carried out by the Empire. The succession to the throne was settled with a coin toss. Sabin won, but instead opted to live a life of secluded training, hoping he could one day punish the Empire for its deeds. He got his chance for justice when he met Edgar, Locke, and Terra on Mt. Koltz as they were headed toward Returner headquarters.
Strange little secrets: In the Japanese version of the game, he is named Mash. Take him to Duncan's house in the World of Ruin to learn the Bum Rush Blitz early. The other way is to simply advance in Level until it comes naturally.
My favorite weapon for him: Is it just me or is it totally fucked-up that Sabin should ever equip a shield??? I thought so. I always give him the Genji glove and double up his claws, preferrably the Dragon Claw or Tiger Fangs.
