"The Face"
How can you turn from that face?
The face of someone
who gave His life.
The tears stained
upon His face
the love in His eyes
the life He gave
for you and me
so we can live
so freely.
Jesus, our savior
so strong, so powerful.
He fills us with such love.
The love of Our Father.
To earth He came
Down from where He belongs
to be like you and me,
to be a servant.
