Wrapped around us
a shield of love
so fluffy, so soft.
The love of God
shining through
caring for us so deeply
so safe inside these wings
shining brightly, brilliantly
covering our sins.
Showing only our purity
To Our Father, Our Lord.
The love He shows to those
so pleasing to Him.
The wings
How thankful we must be
For the wings of
our Lord Jesus Christ
