Please read the following rules before you go on to my Sire/Dam list:
1) NO ONE may use any horses on my S/D list without written permission from me!
2) All foals must be three years younger than their sire and four years younger than their dam.
3) I reserve the right to refuse any horse for any reason.
4) Please follow the laws of color genetics. (ex. Bay Sire + Chesnut Dam = Bay or Chestnut Foal)
5) Please do not make your foal's name the same as a Breyer model's name (ex. Henry Fjord, Sham) or the name of a real horse (ex. Cigar, Rejoice)
6) No inbreeding. (ex. requesting a stallion and a mare for your foal that are siblings)
7) I allow crosses of any breed.
8) I allow twins. Twins are the only exception to the "Mares can have only one foal per year" rule.
9) Mares can have only one foal per year and are open only for the years they have listed. PLEASE be sure you request a year that the mare actually has open (many people have e-mailed me a year that is not listed on my S/D list and I have grown tired of checking back and forth to see if it is acceptable.)
10) Stallions can sire an unlimited number of foals per year after they turn 3.
11) Please try to follow naming rules (the rules some breeds make for real horses about how you should name your foal. For example, Thoroughbreds' names can only be a certain number of letters long in real horses.) If it becomes too difficult for to use these rules it's okay; I'm not too strict about it. 12) I allow aging, nonaging, and ERA specific aging foals.
13) I allow only e-mail breedings and they are free.
14) Please do not send me more than three breedings at once. If you send more than three I will NOT reply to your e-mail at all (I don't like doing this, but it is the only way I can manage my e-mail account.)
15) I have an online form for breedings. It is not required, but I prefer that you use it. (The link to it is at the bottom of this page.)
16) If I approve your horses, you will recieve a breeding certificate/pedigree via e-mail.
17) Any horses with an [r] after their parent's name means that the parent is real.
18) Most horses with "PENDING" written in the line where their parents names' are supposed to be have pedigrees, but they aren't approved yet. Some of them, however, are still in need of parents. These are listed at the "Parents Needed" link from my main page.
19) If a horse's name appears as a link, it means that there is a picture of it avaliable online. Just click on it to take you there!
