It seems that recent events have been conspiring to keep us down;
many of us in the 'Net community have suffered losses of late, and life
in general has been unhappy. This issue of "Strange Fits of
Passion" is therefore dedicated to all of the G/B 'Netfen who have been
going through rough times of late -- most especially to Charlene Vickers.
