A few years ago, when I visited Philly...
EVERY single time I opened my mouth...
I was asked "Where are you from?"
...Gee.... am I THAT obvious?
Recently On a trip in Ohio, I said
"Howdy" to a toll booth operator.
(I said it automatically, by the way)
I thought NOTHING of it...
my companion started laughing.
He said that I may as well have said
"Hi, I'm a tourist from the South!"

Well anyway, at least, I'm an "educated redneck."
I might talk funny... but I DO have some brains in my head!
