Carroll Bond and Julia Ann Terrell
Carroll Bond was born in 1824 in Covington County MS. Carroll was the son of John Bond,Jr. and his second wife, Elizabeth Wayles. Carroll married Julia Ann Terrell, daughter of Josiah Terrell and Lucini Swilley Terrell. Carroll moved his family from the Wiggins-McHenry Mississippi area to Louisianna in 1876. They settled in Vernon Parish, LA. Carroll farmed the land on Ten-Mile creek until he became ill and died. Carroll is buried at the New Llano Cemetery, near Leesville, as he was staying with his daughter Sarah Ann Lucini when he died in 1892. Julia Ann died 29 December 1887 and is buried inOld Mt Moriah Cemetery located between Pitkin and Hineston, Louisianna. |
