Chapter Six The Sun Being on a planet that orbited the sun Aldebaron there were a few differences in the way it life on this planet is. First Exeter was about the same distance from Aldebaron as earth is, but it's alot colder than Earth is. The sun of our planet is a fair amount warmer than Aldebaron. Most days that the Exeterians seem to think are regular temperture are about 50 degrees F. The days remind me of a day in late fall, crystal clear skies and a brightness that I have never experienced on Earth. The absolute magnitude, or how much energy a star gives off, of Aldebaron is far greater than our sun. Last is that insted of when we got closer to the desert it of it getting warmer, it satayed the same. But yesterday, when our foots first touched the lion mange yellow sand of the Gebbi it turned into about an eighty degree F day with a still bright sun and little moisture. this was very comfortable tempature wise for me, but for Alora, whose civilization had adapted to having a fifty degree F day it was scorching hot. So hot that she stripped of her heavy velvet robes and into a cotton nightgownlike dress. To say the least I was happy! Don't think I'm a pervert or anything, but what do most average seventeen year olds think about. Well on to the next part of my narritive epic.
