Hello! My name is Nancy and I am the one on the right holding a glass of sparkling grape juice next to my best friend, Joan Mier. I am George's wife and ( though he doesn't like to admit it!) chief of most household operations! For example, that green wall you see to the right of me is no longer there. We knocked it down to create a dining room adjacent to the kitchen. We have just moved into this home and there is much remodeling to be done. George and I share many things together and enjoy our family life together. We are very active in our Church. I play on the handbell choir. Featured on my gallery page are some pictures of a recent Christmas program we did for the mayor of a town near us, Whiting, Indiana. I find playing bells to be both challenging and relaxing. When I am ringing handbells to the glory of the Lord, I am not thinking of much else. It takes a lot of concentration to stay on time! My friend Joan and I share a lot together. We live on the same block and our family's share activities together. Joan is attending seminary school in chicago to become an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. Having a friend like her has really enhanced our family's faith journey. I am on line but not as much as Georgie!
