Dealing With Life's Maelstrom

I believe that in hectic everyday tasks of living we tend to lose ourselves 
in the mundane. I believe we need to plan how we live much in how we plan
the others things in our lives. We can be proactive instead of being
reactive. We have an obligation to ourselves to make changes or choices
that will make us most content and put us in charge of ourselves. I've
