Trunks's History:
Trunks is the first son of Bulma and Vegeta. There are two Trunks: Mirai Trunks and Chibi Trunks. Mirai Trunks (as seen above) comes from a grim alternate future. In this future Goku has died from a heart ailment contracted while training on another planet androids #17 and#18 have run amuck and destroyed nearly everything destroyableincluding most of the Z warriors. He and Bulma hide away from the androids and miracously survive. Mirai Trunks is also trained by Mirai Gohan. Mirai Trunks is very close to him and his death at the hands of the Artificial Humans causes him to go Super Saiyajin. Bulma builds him a time machine to go and try and stop this all from happening. He travels back an time just as Freezer and King Kold arrive on Earth for revenge. Mirai Trunks easily defeats Freezer, King Kold and their henchmen. He tells no one but Goku of his true past and identity. He also gives Goku the cure for the heart ailment which later saves his life. He helps them fight the artificial humans #19 and #20(#18 had become good and would later marry Kurirn and #16 became good as well. He also helped fight the new more powerful threat, Cell. When the battle is done Mirai Trunks returns to his time stronger and able to easily defeat evil androids #17 and #18 saving his own world.

Chibi Trunks is from the orginal DBZ timeline and is very different from Mirai Trunks. Chibi Trunks is less pensive and battle hardened and more michiveaus. He as well as Goten are able to achive SSJ status naturally. Trunks beat Goten in the childrens division of the Tenkachi Boudaki and disguised himself as well as Goten as an adult fighter to fight in the adult level. Both Trunks are very cool characters.
