Thursday........That dumb alarm goes off at 6:30! I set it, so I have
myself to blaim! I lay in bed for a bit, then go down stairs to take
a shower. I get out, say bye to my mum who is leaving for work, and
wake up my bro, he gets in the shower, then we say bye to my dad who
leaves for work. We load the car up with all our stuff, then head to
get my aunt! We get her, and we are off to CHICAGO!!!
Fastforward.....5 hours later..... we arive in Chicago after a
longgggggggg drive! We check in the hotel and put our stuff away!
Then we call my, well I am not sure what she is to me exctally, but we
wil say aunt, I think she is like sotra, I dunno, so we call my aunt!
She says that her, my I guess uncle, and 2 cousins, ages 19, and
11(you better beleive I got made fun of by those 2!) So we order
pizza, that is OK, I choked on it! He he, I had to pull the chesse
out of my throut! I am OK though! So my aunt comes, and we head out
ot where the concert will be, we wanted to see where it would be,
before we aimlessly drove there the next night! So we did! I slept
like the whole ride cause it was like an hour or so, cause traffic is
HORRIBLE in Chicago! Without the traffic it woudl of been like 30
mins or shorter I swear! So when I woke up, I saw this big sing that
said July 31st at 7:30 HANSON! What a great thing to wake up to! So
we saw the concert place, then head out to downtown Chicago! Chicago
is AWESOME at night! There are lights EVERYWHERE!!!! It is
awesome!!! I was like in awe! So we ended up eating at McDonalds.
It was by Hard Rock Cafe, and Planet Hollywood! (Which I find out the
next day Hanson went there Friday, but it is only Thursday) So we
eat, then go back to the hotel! We watch a bit of TV, and go to
sleep!

Friday.......The day of the concert!!! I am pumped, arfter all, I am
gonna see Hanson tonight! So I get in the shower, and then we call my
uncle! He said that he along with my cousins would come pick us up to
d osome site seeing stuff soon! Well they take FOREVER and it is like
11:30 when they pick us up! So we all pile in the dar, and my uncle
says "Christina those Hanson boys are having a press confrence at
Planet Hollywood this afternoon" I was like NO WAY!!! But we didn't
go cause my family is mean! The ywere like no way are we gonna even
get close to that mess, there will be no parking spots, blah, blah,
blah, I was like whatever! I was sad, but I got over it! So we get
ot the Sears Tower at about 12:00. This is like the tallest building
in he world! We went up it, and it really wasn't that tall at all,
well I didn't think! So then we went ot some place to eat and we go
home! You would think that you could do more than one thing a day,
but with all the traffic it is hard to do anything with out taking an
extra 2 hours I swear!!! So we get home, and I get ready for the
concert! I was pumped, I got ot call my mum at home! She was like
calm down, and my aunt was like calm down, so I calmed myself down,
and I was so calm I didn't freak the WHOLE concert! So the ride there
seemed forever! I felt sick cause I was sooooooo excited! I guess I
had butterflies in my belly! So we finally got there, and passed
through the gates! I didn't get caught with my camera, but it didn't
matter cause I didn't take any pics! They wouldn't of turned out, so
I didn't bother! So I go up to the suvoner stand, and buy 2 shirts,
the *New* 1999 Hanson calender, the tour book(the program thing), a
HUGE poster, and 2 pins! It cost like 160 dollers or something! It
was OK cause I paid 75, and my aunt paid for the rest! She is
sooooooooooooo nice! The Shirt I got has Ike in a light blue coat,
and a brown coat, Zac has a floppy hat like in the "Weird" video, and
had on like a black shirt or something, I can't remember right now,
and then Tay is leaning on Zac I think and he is wearing like a black
shirt or something, I can't remember! It is really kewl! Then on the
back it has the Albertane Planet thing and all the tour cities around
it! It was kewl! It had all the new tour dates up to the Hersey,
Penn one! The other new one(s) aren't on it! Then the BIG GIANT
poster looks like the shirt! It is soooooooooooo awesome! It is I am
not joking when I sa this, LARGER THAN LIFE IT SELF! It is like 4
feet wide(like a metter wide), and like 6 or somthing feet long(like 2
metters long)! I mean their faces are lager than like they are in
person! I mean I hope or they just really have HUGE heads *LoL* The
other shirt is Blue, and it has like this 3 inch tall, by like 12 or
so inches long, and it has Hanson inside or the box thing! I don't
remember what they look like. It says Hanson like 3 times is
different places! It is kewl! Then, then Ya'll know what the tour
book looks like cause it is on Hansonline, but the pics inside are
VERY VERY kewl! I mean they are great, just diferent pics of Hanson!
They are very natral pics to, like backstage and stuff, which you
don't see much, it usally like pose, and smile boys! But these were
really kewl! Then the pins are pics that are found in the calender!
I really don't remember what they look like much, I gave the one to my
friends Kelly who couldn't come with me to see Hanson! I wish she
could of! The calender is very kewl! I am for sure you will be able
to get that at any place soon! It is like last years where it starts
in September! It is really awesome! It has some great *New* pics in
it! I really really like it! And like the March pic is only Taylor,
and the October one is just Zac, then November is just, you guessed
it, Ike! The rest are group pics! OK, I think that is all
that.....so we went ot our seats, which were pretty crappy, but hey
seats are seate ya know! And then Admrail Twin came out! They are
very strange looking! I am not one to judge, but they had like suits
on, and like long fluffy hair, almost like a really curly afro! They
were very good, the yplaied about 5 songs, and got the crowd kinda
pumped. They really didn't go wit hHanson's sound I didn't think, I
mean they were very like rockish, not poppy at all in my opion. Then
they left the stage, thanked us all for being a great audince and the
people came out ot change the stage to Hanson seet. It seemed like
forever! Then finally, I mean FINALLY, Hanson came out! You couldn't
see them yet really, but as soon as Taylor plaied the begining from
"Gimmie Some Lovin'" Ya know the do do do do do dooooo thing the
crowd went absolutly MAD! I mean that was the loudest the crowd was
the whole night! Just then, It hit me, I was at a Hanson concert! My
knees sorta shoke, I thought I was gonna like pass out cause I felt
kinda dizzy! It was only cause I was sooooooooooooo happy! I was
fine after that though! I didn't pass out(thank god)! So after like
the first song or so, I moved up to where this gate thing was! All
the girls from my section did the same! we were all up there the
WHOLE concert! I can't remember like the order of the songs, are even
all the songs right now, but I will tyr ok...first was "Gimmie Some
Lovin'", then "Thinking of You", "Weird", "Sometimes(I think that's
what it's called)"(that was like the order, now I am gonna go kinda
out of order) "Money(that's what I want)", "MMMBop"(of corse, it was
like a huge sing a long) "Look at You"(my personal fav) ummm...a
bunch off 3CG, oh yeah "More Than Anything" It was great! Isaac sang
to great! He did an awesome job! Where it goes "I Love You More Than
Anything" He pointed to the crowd! I screamed really loud, and so did
everyone else! When they played "I Will Come to You" Taylor pointed
to the audence! It was great! And supprisingly he didn't take off
his shirt, well atleast I didn't see, cause I think he has 1 shirt on
from the start. They all had there hair down, until they did the
encore, then Ike had his hair up! Geez, I wish I could tell ya'll
more, but I can't remember it all! I will try to tell ya more! OK,
so the concert ended, and I went home, well the hotel! It was about
11:45 when we got to the hotel. My bro wasn't home yet, he went with
my cousins while I was at the concert! when he got home he and my
cousins thought I was all weird cause I was like oh my gosh oh my
gosh! So we all eventally went to bed.

Saturday.......We got up earlier today! We left at about 10:00 or
something. We went ot the "Chicago Istutie of Science and Idustry "
or something like that. It was OK, then we went ot Navy Peir. That
was a total let down! There was liek nothing to do there, it was like
all kiddie stuff! Oh well, we toke a boat ride on Michagain(sp?)
Lake! That was fun! Then we went to Planet Hollywood ( a day too
late! Damn my family)and I got a shirt, we didn't eat there. The nwe
went down to Hard Rock cafe, and I got a shirt, we didn't eat there
either! I was mad cause I wanted too! We went to this very kewl
place called Rain Forest cafe, it was awesome! It was like all rain
foresty and stuff! It rocked! Then we headed to the hotel, but
before we went ot dinner at this little resarunt. it was good! Then
we got home, and we went ot the mall that was across the street from
where we were staying! It was already closed, so we just went back to
the hotel ,and kinda watched TV! Then we went ot bed!

Sunday..... We woke up, and were out of there by 12:00! I got home at
about 4:30! It was sooooooooooooo nice to be home! I don't know how
Hanson can stand it! I couldn't! I mean I got home and I wanted to
kiss the ground I was sooooooo home sick! I guess that's just me
though! I get homesick going to a friend's house for a night! Call
me a mama's girl, I just do! So I unpacked and told my friend Kelly
all about the concert! She was mad she didn't get to go, but she got
over it! That is everything I suppose! I will try to answer any
questions ya'll have if ya have any! OK, Well, that's about it!

OK, I hope I told ya everything! I really can't remeber a lot of
things cause I was like dazed I was there! I was out of it! Oh well!
