"Happy birthday sweetie," he said as he got up and kissing her forehead.

Jennifer sat up, and Tay sat down next to her.

She layed her head on his shoulder, "Sweet 16," she whispered.

"Yup. Oh and I forgot to tell you, we have a photo shoot today in Oklahoma City," Taylor had planned a surprise birthday party for her. He just told her that he had a photo shoot that day to make her think no one would be home all day.

"So that means you'll be gone all day??" she said meeting her sad eyes with his.

He didn't like lying to her but she would forget all of that later, "Yeah I'm sorry, I promise I'll make it up to you tonight,"

"Tay do you think we can pull this off??" asked Zac.

"Of course dufus," said Tay as he was putting icing on the cake.

"But what if she finds out before the party??"

"She won't,"

"But what if she does??"

"Look Zac you're really getting on my nerves. She's not gonna find out, ok?!?" Tay said as he was getting annoyed by the minute. "Look, Amanda took her and Sami to the mall, now how's she gonna find out??"

"You never know,"

"Zac go blow up some balloons,"

"Well then go put some chips and dip out,"

"Already did,"

"Then just get out of my hair please!!"

"Zac, I just want this day to go well. She's turning 16, don't get me in a bad mood before the party ok??"

"Ok, sorry I'll go find something to do," with that Zac went into the living room finding something to do.
