1.    For Audio - Use only type II quality tapes or better.
                        We generally use Maxell XLII

2.    For Video - High quality tapes are a must!
                        We generally use Maxell Gold or Silver

3.    When recording audio do not use high speed dubbing or noise reduction.

4.    When recording video only record in SP Mode.

5.    Use padded envelopes when sending mail.

6.    We usually don't send audio cases but if you want to let us know.

7.    Don't rip us off or we'll stalk you!
