Mischa Berenz was the right-hand man of Salla Vacek. He acted as the liaison between Vacek and his soldiers. Berenz also initiated contact between Vacek and his daughter, Elena. Disposition unknown.

Vacek, heir to a wealthy Eastern European mining family, has been the target
of Section One for at least ten years. Vacek has been responsible
for numerous acts of terrorism. Due to his capability of burying
himself behind multiple groups (who claim responsibility for the acts),
multinational corporations and a high suspicious nature, he has been able
to elude Section. Because of this, Michael was assigned
to form a relationship with his daughter, Elena,
whom he married and had a son
by. Vacek was assassinated
while visiting Elena in the hospital.

David
Henderson Williams was an old friend of Vacek since their days together
at Cambridge. Henderson Williams is thought to have helped Vacek
is his activities. He was brought into Section after Michael's inability
to poison Elena. After a session with the Torture
Twins, Henderson Williams volunteered Mischa Berenz's name as a contact
for Vacek.
