This is a tool made to drill the holes for a 4 bolt water jacket.

The tool centers on the spark plug hole and rest flat on the top of the head.

Then the 4 holes are drilled.

Then the holes are tapped with a 6/32 tap.

The next step is to drill out and tap the hole just above the exhaust port.This should be done by hand.

Use a 1/8 of an inch allen screw and a little J B weld to place in the tapped hole.
