At the beginning of the academic year, orientation work-shops are held on the school premises to remotivate the staff, prevent stagnation and help staff members grow as teachers and individuals. This initial effort is further reinforced by follow up workshops held during the year. Keeping in mind taht education is not static and to keep up with modern innovative techniques, teachers regularly attend seminars conducted in their particular fields.
For planning the syllabus sequentially from the pre-primary level to Standard X in the various subjects, a team of faculty co-ordinators has been appointed. A continuity in all the subjects is thus maintained which facilitates the learning program.
